Ah, yes, they still shoot on film in Europe and how easy it is on the eyes. On My Lips, as convoluted as its story gets, is a pleasure to behold. Made with glorious film stock, it chronicles a seedy gynecologist (Rocco Tano) who cheats on his suspecting wife (Tracey Adams), who hires investigator Mike Horner to get evidence. His best cheating occurs with the attractive former Miss Italy (Lili Carati) although his scene with wife Adams also elicits sweat. We wants to see more of Ms. Carati.
In fact, there's lot of good sex scenes to keep the non-plot afloat. I can't understand the logic behind dubbing American actors (like Horner and Adams), especially when they have dialog scenes together, but other technical aspects are fine and once again, we get to see a more wild Italian brand of actress. Only in Italy do beauty queens and Parliament members have sex on screen. What a country!
