Well, they say the real estate market's depressed right now, and that should explain why Open House, a look at a racy realtor's attempts to move her choicest property, is such a mediocre effort.  Home seller Jade East turns her estate over for the day to agent Aja, who soon enough turns the house upside down while servicing clients in ways Century 21 couldn't imagine.  The horny homebuyers eventually all meet in the living room to settle their dispute over who gets the house, and seal the deal in a four-way orgy that provides, albeit too late, the sexual spark this feature needed to separate it from the pack.  The cast are all fine, particularly Aja and Scott Irish in an opening sex scene, but aren't given too much to do here.  The adult tape field today is definitely a buyer's market, and Open House doesn't look to be a fast mover, despite a nice-looking box.
