You might wonder how the star of such horror features as Creepozoids, Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers, Nightmare Sisters and Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowlerama stays in shape? Well, wonder no more. Scream queen Linnea Quigley and a few of her close friends (Ed Note: an interesting appearance by Baby Jane Holzer, an Andy Warhol cult figure from way back when) demonstrate the exercises you'll need in case you're ever menaced by some atomic mutant. And along the way, Linnea shows scenes from some of her best flicks, featuring some of her best body parts. I doubt that anybody will buy this for its health value, but no horror/humor fan will be disappointed with this quirky little gem.
