Fortunately, the only thing this sequel has in common with the original is the title and a half-and-halfer named Emmanuel (who could only pass as a female on Halloween or at the end of a very drunken evening). Made in French Canada and dubbed for its American release, the performers end up sounding like Bill Murray in a droll mood. The story centers around an older gentleman who has fallen for the she-male and plans on bringing him/her the things he/she desires. They take off to the country where their car is besieged by roving, masturbating thugs who drag Emmanuel out in the woods while the old fellow sits by and watches.

The bottom line with a video centering on a pre-operative transsexual is whether they can perform sexually. No mean feat for someone who gobbles female hormones. She gets it up, but not off in this sordid tale of manipulation and desire. It all culminates at a birthday party for the old man, with him offering diamonds to the most sexually entertaining of his friends. Stripping and group sex follow, with the emphasis on anal sex. Emmanuel does a seductive strip which prompts the attending males and females to circle around her for a gender-twisting orgy. This leaves her sugardaddy so distraught he pulls out a gun, and hopefully puts any chances of a Transaction III to rest.

This one's recommended only for cult video fans and the strong of heart. A specialty item indeed.
