Perhaps I've been reviewing too many uninspired sexvids of late. But I enjoyed this feature film, ably directed by Troy Benny. More importantly, I think you will, too.
The plot is entirely unoriginal: a pair of shrinks work out their patients' problems by, naturally, having sex with them on the proverbial office couch. But what the heck? The reason this scenario has been used before is because it works. The action flows smoothly from one scene to the next here, and Hollywood International Films supplies a wide variety of sexual situations.
For instance, there's a lesbian scene between the receptionist and a patient, an impotent husband (Jason Martin) is cured by watching the doc (Sasha Gabor) plug his wife (Melissa Melendez), some threesomes and even sex under hypnosis. An interracial scene featuring Burt Reynolds look-alike Gabor and an oriental nookie is also thrown in, just to spice things up even more.
Technically, Supersex is nothing special. The special effect allowing Vanessa D'Oro's soul to enter Nina Hartley's body (just before she attacks Francois Papillon) is nicely done, but the camerais briefly out of focus at times and the setting only occasionally strays from the doctor's office. But overall, this film is a refreshing throwback to the good ol' days when a sensible plot and straight-up torrid sex was more than enough to fit the bill. To the producers, keep up the good work. To the public, enjoy!
