You win some, you lose some. While One Night Stand misses many of its marks, this superior Scotty Fox entry hits home. Tom Byron is about to marry live-in girlfriend Danielle Rogers, so his brother, Randy Spears, a rock video director, comes out to his country home for the weekend and brings two-night stand Cheri Taylor, a budding actress who has had a walk-in in "The New Munsters". She's not looking for a long-term relationship, she thinks, while Tom's fiancee isn't too sure about marriage.

The short running time belies the high quality of the five sex scenes which are expertly blended into the story. Each is the ideal of what they should be —slow starting, lots of kissing and caressing, no interminable close-ups and wonder of wonders, a certain chemistry between the performers. To pick the best would be to pick the worst. They're all that good. While the story is slight, I'd still term this a couples' video. Well done all around.
