The much-abused Maltese Falcon premise gets limply rehashed one more time in this ponderous Henri Pachard misfire that doesn't even get a shot in the arm from its European locations. The great Shanna McCullough walks through this one as a shady lady after the "Monaco Falcon," a statuette believed to have mysterious carnal powers.
Only Shanna and Randy's opening romp generates any real heat, although world-class carnalist Lynn Lemay does bring her usual enthusiasm to her all too brief appearances. Bionca manages to shine in a small role that pairs her with Mike Horner for the video's torrid (but poorly shot) final encounter.
Apparently aimed at couples, Monaco Falcon will find a limited audience based on weak production values and tepid storyline.
