Alicyn Sterling, who appeared in the first installment as town sheriff/mayor Joey Silvera's wife, has been written out of the script.  She was carrying on a lesbian affair, but Joey's only regret now that she's gone is that he didn't "fuck her up the ass."  Note how many times this poignant phrase is used in current Henri Pachard productions.

Of course, anal sex is still outlawed in his town, but Joey's not above fornicating below the law with any floozie (Mercedez Lynn) that happens to walk into his office.  Although Joey's town is in the middle of a "sodomy panic", his deputy, Tony Montana, live up to the title's name by having a twin cheeker with Jamie Lee and Dusty, his ex-wife.  Now that word's getting around about the lax law enforcement, all hell is breaking loose and sex is running rampant.  Woody Long suspects that his wife Sandra Scream is running around with another guy.  But we know that's not going to happen as long as the two appear in a video together.  Four anal scenes highlight this action-packed feature, which will be continued, gathering form Joey's cryptic phone conversation in the last scene.
