Ronnie Dixon plays an investigator out to uncover the evil doings of a strange and wealthy businessman named Basil Sardona, suspected of smuggling and white slavery. She also has a personal stake in this assignment. Her sister disappeared several months before and if Sardona didn't kidnap her, he probably knows who did. But in order to get on board his luxurious yacht she must get past his beautiful bodyguard (Pia Sands) and this will require extra help. Employing the services of Cheri (Gotcha), they both sneak aboard and soon discover they have been sold out by Dixon's employer.

For an older adult film, Cheri & The Pirates has an extremely complex and interesting plot. It is loaded with fun, light-duty bondage as our two heroines are repeatedly tied up and "interrogated." There are plenty of prolonged, seductive poses by the girls and the camera angles are revealing. The sets are lavish and the acting is top-notch, with Pia Sands stealing every scene she is in. Lighting is good and the editing is tight. The picture quality is excellent and the sound is clear.

Cheri & The Pirates is an entertaining feature that holds up well.
