I hate to criticize a tape for its choice of actresses, but Charlie LaTour in the lead role just doesn't cut it. Oh, Charli sucks a mean cock and moans in the right places, most notably during her climactic liaison with Rick Savage, but there's a certain charisma that's lacking. Now take Michele Gabriel, who plays a secretary at the "Government Agency for Monitoring Sex". There's a face, body and energy that could have sent this picture to the top. Instead, she's relegated to one coupling (albeit with a facial finish) with Dave Ruby, and a lesbo threesome with Charlie and Tasha Voux. And speaking of Tasha, she does a fine job as Whining Wanda, the sex maniac. This is the role she's always been meant to play, and she does it to the hilt, especially in her "seduction" of Rick; slightly off-the-wall but HOT!
In case you were wondering what this is about, the answer is "not much." Ariel Hart plays Dave Ruby's wife, who's in a plot to outlaw and license all forms of sex, while hubby Dave, as head of G.A.M.S., just wants to monitor the activity. Neither are particularly convincing in their roles, and too much concentration on G.A.M.S. agent Charlie bring down this tape's rating.
