There’s always an inherent problem with these Part 2, Part 3, etc. videos. A lot of them assume you’ve seen Part 1. If that’s not the case, you’re lost with Friends and Lovers 2, a really decent video that does a shitty job bringing the Johnny-come-lately up to date. Thankfully, a rich, colorful look and some heated sex scenes make this worth it for stores. But they should carry both tapes so viewers won’t be confused.

The story involves Peter North trying to communicate with his dead fiancée, killed by a hit and run driver. North consults a bra and panty-wearing, nympho psychic (Lois Ayres) who also seems to be something of a practioning shrink. Ayres tells North he needn’t feel guilty about having sex with his fiancee’s best friend, Teri Weigel. And, just to prove a point, Ayres has sex with him—a real bouncy affair.

North and Weigel have a dynamite sex scene and K.C. Williams shines in her sexual stints. A solid, erotic tape that is certainly recommended.
