Jourdan Alexander has directed features for other companies; this is the first entry under his own company name, and it's well worth a look. Alicyn Sterling plays an artist whose loft apartment is about to be plowed under by developer Marc Wallice. Client Mimi Miyagi suggests that perhaps the building can be certified as an historical landmark. To aid the process, Miyagi seduces the building inspector (Jonathan Morgan) who'll make the recommendation ... but it's not enough, so the ladies go on the attack. They videotape Wallice making it with his secretary (the uncredited Heather Hart), and for good measure, they also get Morgan in bed with Wallice's wife (Gail Force).
Most worthy of comment is Sterling's seduction of her boyfriend (Cal Jammer). The bedroom scene, with its array of candles, and Spanish guitar music wafting up from the street below, is nearly perfect in its simplicity. Nothing else in the tape rivals it... more's the pity. Still, Miyagi does a fine steamy job with Morgan, and also with Sterling herself. With seven good sex scenes in all, this tape is an extra value and well worth seeing.
