This take-off on Days of Thunder pits “retired” champion auto racer Buck Adams against drug smuggler/hotshot Wayne Summers, whose reasons for taunting Buck are never made clear. But Buck has a fine team to get him in shape for the Big Race, including girlfriend Tabitha Stevens, ace mechanics Missy Warner and Johnny, and auto designer Randy West. Summers, on the other hand, is stuck with semi-frigid moll Raven, who has to be jump-started by hooker Shaime.
The hottest action occurs between Missy and (then hubby) Johnny. As he slides under a car, she rides his protruding lower half like there’s no tomorrow. Also notable is the threeway with Raven, Shaime and Wayne, and Buck’s final interlude with Tabitha is worth a “hear, hear!” This film suffers from too big a build-up to too small a blow-off, and Wayne’s final bust seems just too contrived to comment on. Adams does a decent job directing, but you can see how far he has come when watching Lethal Passion. This Corman-esque film with added sex might well be right up your alley, so check it out.
