While mere reviewers are not privy to “closed-door” production decisions, it seems as though Girls of Double D, Part IV may have begun its life as a plain “L.A. Law” parody, and was changed when the industry switched to “thirtysomething” parodies. Well, no matter, because the presence of “top girls” like Trinity Loren and Ebony Ayes merely adds to what is already a well-made product. The lawyers who work at Backstab and Pecker certainly know what the “firm” in “law firm” stands for, as lengthy litigators like Shane Hunter, Blake Palmer and Randy Spears demonstrate as they enter into “disclosures” with clients, secretaries etc. Among the clients are Loren and Ayes, who handle their scenes particularly well, as do “less prominent” girls like Ariel Knight and Tammy Reynolds. In fact, were it not for the presence of the insertion shots, this feature could almost pass for a regular episode of the TV show, since sex seems to be what’s always on the lawyers’ minds anyway. Fine sets and camerawork, a witty script, and good packaging all make this latest salute to the wonders of nature a good case for watching adult videos.
