Reviews

Hardly deviating from the mainstream plot, Ariel Knight plays a woman whose hobby is both money and murder, basically in that order. Her friend Agnes (Jacqueline Lorians) grows up suspicious at Knight’s free-for-all spending habits acquired from years of poisoning rich husbands. Knight sets her sights on multimillionaire industrialist Rick Savage and breeds havoc with his son Tom Byron who’s naturally inclined to monkey around behind the old man’s back.

The sex scenes have a soft, erotic feel to them, minus a couple of standard wet shots (you don’t miss them). Aja’s scene with Byron gives her a bonafide opportunity to act, and she follows through convincingly. The lovely Aja has come a long way, considering some of her stitled girlie performances in the past. This scene graces her as a fully accomplished industry actress. Knight who sometimes comes off like a female Al Pachino, is thoroughly controlled here and menacingly convincing as the femme fatale. A good, absorbing story and enjoyable viewing.
