Well, if you ask me, the first three places I'd think of would be Three Mile Island, the Persian Gulf, and the Boston Red Sox locker room. None of them crop up in Sex In Dangerous Places, but writer/director Paul Thomas' look at "public displays of affection" is a sex-filled romp that will satisfy most viewers. Barbara Dare and hubby Jerry Butler accidentally discover the thrill of being "caught in the act" when they discover a neighbor watching through his telescope. From there they explore, together, and with others the joy of sex in a subway car, elevator, the men's room of a theater, and other exotic locales.
Dare and Butler who first got together in 10 1/2 weeks have a natural affinity for one another that makes their scenes together that much hotter. Also noteworthy are newcomer Jennifer Miles as a woman who gets caught in the stalled elevator with Dare and a horny lift repairman, plus Lynn Lemay, the girl with the casaba melons who Butler meets in the subway (their scene is a stylishly filmed fantasy sequence). First class production values and a light-hearted script that allows the sex to develop naturally from each vignette add to the tape's appeal. Dare appears in all of the sex scenes save one, so there's plenty here for her fans to appreciate. Sexy packaging features Barbara.
