I can think of only one other video company that spends as much time securing vintage erotica as Filmfare Video does — and we've mentioned them enough in this magazine, so we won't burden you with that name again. Suffice to say, Filmfare has done a bang-up job collecting classic loops from all over the world, and they just keep putting out volume after volume of them. One extra feature, though: Filmfare lists the title of each loop on the box, plus its running time, special orientation (if there is one) and country of origin.

Vol. 7 has a lot of recent clips, including the infamous "Barbra Streisand" look-alike reel, and seems to have more oral action than the others considered here. Vol. 25 concentrates on lesbian action, mostly filmed before 1950, including some Cuban, Italian and German footage. Unfortunately, some of the reels here are barely watchable. Vol. 138 has a lot of encounters from the hippie days of the '60s, and some actually show a bent towards production values (wha' dat?) as well as semi-familiar hairstyles. If nostalgia's your trip, the Filmfare collection is one excellent place to shop.
