The basic plot here is, Alexis DeVell is a potential mayoral candidate running against crooked incumbent Tom Byron. Alexis first draws public attention by posing topless somewhere — but we never see either the photo session or the resulting picture! That sort of non-disclosure runs through the entire feature, with speeches being given and appearances being made, all of which happen off-camera. Couple that with the boring repetition of minor plot elements — Byron talking about his payoffs; Lacy Rose "seducing" Steve St. Croix even after they've had sex(!), etc., etc. — and you've got one mess of a storyline.

On the other hand, some of the sex is good, especially Byron's desk chair coupling with secretary Brittany O'Connell, Lacy's apparently real enjoyment at finally being laid by gardener St. Croix on the sun porch, and Alexis' bedroom coupling with ex-boyfriend Joey Silvera (look for some really strange positions in this one). But why show Serenity in a bathtub solo twice? And why cut short the final coupling between Alexis and campaign manager Jonathan Morgan? Something went wrong here; I wonder what? Busty Alexis on the box will insure customer interest, however.
