Murder is apparently at an all-time low in San Francisco, so ultracop Sgt. Joe Thursday (Jon Martin) gets to take a "breather" from "all the violence and perversion." Spending a weekend retreat at a bed & breakfast inn, Thursday finds himself up to his Hawaiian shirt in a cathouse operation run by sleazeball Rick Savage. Vacation aside, Thursday realizes it's his sworn duty to nail Savage -- besides, he's violated the California penal code for having sex without a condom. That's a no-no in Thursday's book.
Though a beat or two on the downside from The Case of the Sensuous Sinners (Randy Spears was terrific as the sidekick and foil), Thursday's utter devotion to honor and duty make the sex scenes that more speealing because they're focused in the realm of the naughty and forbidden. An extremely appealing cast makes this a must-see on your list. Good box cover.
