Strange Behavior paces itself a lot like its prime time television model, Twin Peaks...slow and quirky.  On the other hand, this far and away beats out the TV show at sex.  Joey Silvera plays the investigating state trooper, and Patricia Kennedy is the town hooker...and it's a toss-up which one has the steamier scenes.  Silvera gets the first and last liaisons, beginning with girlfriend Tiara and ending with "Laura's" ex-confidante, Miss Pomodoro.  Kennedy carries the middle of the tape, first in a hot scene with Marc Wallice, and then in a girl/girl number that turns into a threeway, also involving Pomodoro.

There's a lot of what I'm sure is supposed to be humor in the repartee between Silvera and Wallice, and I give writer Patti Rhodes enough credit that I believe she's consciously trying to capture the Twin Peaks mood.  And Kennedy delivers just what the viewer is looking for.
