Amid a very campy but realistic laboratory setting, Dr. Frankenfoot and his hunchback Igor perform "experiments". Not of the scientific variety, these experiments seem to involve mammoth-chested platinum blonde Julie Juggs working on the tootsies of "victim" Tanya.

Juggs licks, massages and nestles prostrate Tanya's toes close to her (covered and uncovered) bosom, then punishes them with a ruler. Redhed Scarlett is then brought in for some quid pro quo toes-fondling-breasts action with Tanya, then Juggs rejoins the scene for the toe-sucking finale.

With an occasional cutaway shot to some inanimate object, the overall feeling of the tape is well-intentioned but amateurishly executed since the action remains rooted, essentially, to one spot in the laboratory and varies not one iota. After 60 minutes, it begins grinding away at your eyeballs.

The videography isn't exactly broadcast quality (granted that masters-to-dubs lose in the translation these days), either. This faulty gesture limits the viewers' overall appreciation for the tone and texture of the ladies all three of whom have immense physical allure (especially Tanya), but, alas, it just doesn't get the proper chance to register here.

If you're looking for something out-of-the-ordinary, though, to stock in your specialty section, Frankenfoot definitely "foots" the bill.
