The typical EA boxcover, sprinkled with stills from this Hungarian goulash, promises an opening scene in "a historic Budapest location." 1940s-vintage apartment houses with narrow staircases have made history, folks. Actually, as usual for a Patrick Collins production, the setting is secondary to generous helpings of uninhibited sex, featuring new foreign bodies. The set-piece here is a stage show-cum-orgy, set in the Club Maximal, evidently a Budapest swing locale. There's bar girls sucking off patrons; a wax-dripping, nipple-singeing performance with a couple of candles that turns to lesbian and three-way action; and anal sex from couples turned on by watching the action at hand. This lengthy interlude, whose highlight is the various positions essayed by the young couple on the couch, is a typical porn orgy, in that it desperately needs a heavier editing hand. In addition, the players have an edge of desperation to the heaves and moans that mark them as talented amateurs, rather than pros.

Scenes featuring dark blonde Stephani and voluptuous brunette Gyongi bookend the orgy. The opening girl/girler doesn't light fires, but the closing scenes, where both take on some capable studs, are winners, especially Gyongi's. She really gets into her scenes. Again, though, judicious cutting would have improved the pace and heat. As it is, Depravity is like one of those too-rich Viennese pastries — a bite or two would be enough, but more is definitely too much.
