A sex offender, out on parole, enters an experimental bondage clinic to become more submissive. So starts the minimalist bondage featurette Punished Sex Offenders, a series of scenarios that unfold into whipping, tie-ups, lesbian spanking and dog collars and cages. For the bondage enthusiast, you get the real stuff-as nasty as it wants to be. The one-room set and dumb dialogue doesn’t help matters, but for stores who profit from B & D, this tape gets recommended realistic portrayals. Plenty of nudity, but no hardcore.
