Monique, aka Thumper, seems to be happily married to Zack Thomas, but the snake appears in paradise in the person of Marc Wallice, Zack's ne'er-do-well, womanizing cousin. Wallice's sexual exploits provoke flashbacks of Monique's freer, more sexually expressive days. Marc starts off with petite Nikki Shane in the bath, where Nikki really bounces her butt on Marc, and sucks him to a facial finish, as Monique flashes on a similar porcelain pussy-poking.
Wallice's friends Brittany and Steve couple for Monique, but this scene is too self-consciously pretty to catch fire. Marc takes on busty Lyndon Johnson, and Monique joins in for a threeway enhanced by the facial resemblance between the two blondes. This provokes a flashback to a "hippie" threeway with Monique joining Tom Byron and Cash, as Tom plows Monique's pussy and Cash's butthole. Inspired by her sexual reawakening, Monique runs off with Wallice, leaving Zack to be consoled by Sunset in an anticlimactic scene. Monique is pretty, but her inexpressive face and lackluster performance aren't enough to carry the slightly pretentious script.
The camerawork and production values are of good quality; and while 1 didn't care for the soap opera-style piano music, producer Rhodes deserves credit for making a non-porn music choice of clear quality. A pretty good couples' tape with an interesting marketing campaign. And if Monique sticks to this kind of stuff, she's got great potential.
