An absent-minded hit-lady, a nightclub crooner with the demeanor of Jerry Lewis, and a mafioso with a taste for whistle-clean cooze add up to a cutting edge comedy. In fact, shaven snatch is the Shear Ecstasy's raison d'etre; every scene is crafted to strip the pubes of its hirsute honeypots.
When the Mafioso learns that singer Jonathan Morgan is bailing out on his contract, he assigns him the numero uno spot on Crystal Wilder's hit list. Too absorbed in scraping the snatch of loyal fans Tina Tyler and Debi Diamond (in two separate molten encounters), Morgan doesn't realize he'll be in hot water if he lingers anv longer.
The laughter and lust proceed at a rapid clip as Wilder gets her dander up (and lathered) by mincing beauty consultant Terry Thomas (who suddenly switches inclinations at the sight of her fleeceless form). Their slippery-when-wet encounter surely scrambles her brain; for the remaining onscreen time she runs around looking for her gun and car keys.
The plot becomes a bit fuzzy as it winds down, and sexual performances by Lilli Xene and Carmel St. Clair just miss by a pubic hair, but Shear Ecstasy is a cut above the usual vids.
