This promising title is completely misleading, I guess. "A Set of Costume Changes In Search of a Story," wouldn't draw at the video store, but it's certainly a more accurate description of this bewildering bondage vid.
Bill Majors wants a servant. He telephones an agency and specifies that he wants a "passively beautiful and compliant" servant. The agency sends over Susie (Artemis Antone) and Bill's assistant (geeky, bespectacled Michael Keye) is delegated the responsibility of conducting her interview, which is really an initiation into the "luxury" of submission. The following scenes are quite confusing. Michael's goal is obvious — his job is to tie Susie up and make her enjoy it. Easy enough, but what follows is merely Susie in different rooms and outfits, getting restrained with ankle and wrist ropes. One minute she's gagged and blindfolded, the next she's wearing a dog collar and lapping water out of a bowl.
There is never any resolution — only once does the set up actually deliver, as Michael whips Susie's ass, feet and tits after a prolonged picture-taking session. Susie never seems to derive any pleasure from any of this, save Michael's "rest period" where he fingers her to an obviously faked (take this on faith,-I'm female) orgasm. And the vid ends on a confusing note — Susie is led, nude, to "The Cage" where she paces up and down. The vid ends. Did Susie get the job?
Susie has overripe natural boobs and a prodigious gut, although her face is very pretty and she looks good in some of her costumes. The purpose of this feature appears to be: "Here is a bound woman. Masturbate to this image. Next."
Perhaps a disciple of Charles Manson's "no sense makes good sense" adage could appreciate The Luxury of Servitude. I couldn't.
