It's time for an hour of exercise with Spike LaLanne as he "whips" (actually spanks) Giana, Sharon and Michelle into shape. Watch for an atypical footworship scene featuring Julian's eager mouth. The video closes with Spike working on the women and Spikette working on Julian.

Although this one has great potential, it misses the mark. Spike administers punishment with his usual enthusiasm, and so does Spikette. The main problem with this video is its lengthy and repetitive spanking scenes. A spanking fan might enjoy the show, but most B&D fans should pass this one by.
