April, a listless babe who is avowedly heterosexual, has nothing better to do in life than hang out at Venice Beach, stare at Janine and fantasize.  Handicapped by soliloquies from the New Age School of Screenwriting, she can't keep our attention off Janine's shiny, overstuffed breasts. After April has a couple of OK scenes, Rebecca Bardoux and Ian Daniels, a fey, long-haired dude who can't quite make up his mind whether he's impersonating Tom Cruise in Legend or Tom Cruise in Risky Business, have sex or what passes for it. An unusually mellow scene considering Rebecca's past efforts. Next we get a girl/girl with Janine and Kiley.  I don't care what anyone says, Janine leaves me cold, and this scene sits there like an open can of soda sits in your fridge.

Leslie Glass is pretty good looking and has a nice tit sculpt but we're back to more endless semi-erotic dancing. Leslie and Janine tongue each other till I grow senile, accompanied by endlessly noodling guitar lines which Ernie Isley is going to want back someday. We eventually fade to a scene with April and Tony Tedeschi that contains real dialogue between two people.  He pleads, she insults, he begs, she demands, they have sex.  It may not be actual acting, but it's a step up from the previous voiceovers.  Nice squirt on the glass coffee table. April finally has sex with Janine, but her character's such a snooze that it's hard to care. This movie has endless amounts of pretty bodies rubbing together, but the way the story's structured, you never get any feeling for the characters as people.  Resultantly, the cast of Blonde Justice #3 drifts through sex like one endless dream sequence. Visually attractive but ultimately sterile.  Suffice it to say the title begs the question; could anyone do this material justice?
