Yes, 68 minutes. Only three sex scenes, plus a wraparound of an antique stag film, with no real hardcore action in the old loop. Pad it out with some incredibly pompous dialogue and you have an example of one of the greatest all-time porn directors careening out of control, seemingly more interested in angst-laden exposition than making a sex feature. But there's glimmers of the old greatness here, and superb packaging, so there's hope.
There are three period flashbacks: first, Kaitlyn Ashley is the pouty wife of preening Hollywood stud Shawn Ricks, who at first reluctantly, then enthusiastically, joins in her first three-way, with Sydney St. James providing the honors. Both girls look great in 1920s flapper hairdos and lingerie, and Shawn pumps both with panache. The 1930s vignette is the highlight.
Buck Adams is a surly on-the-lam crook. Stephanie DuValle is his moll (looking absolutely sensational here), and Chanel — much too little seen — is their charmingly bubble-headed, babbling hostess. Their three-way is the hottest. The crook-on-the-lam plot could have been easily expanded to the whole vid, with better results, as the characters here at least have some rhyme or reason to their dialogue, making it more tolerable than the rest.
The 1940s closer has Dick Nasty bringing soon-to-be-shipped-over-seas Marine Jake Williams home to fuck wife Nikki Sinn in the ass, and then Jake watches as Nikki straps on a dildo and crams it in Dick's ass as he whines. This unpleasantness undermines the heat Nikki generates with Jake, and the dialogue is intolerable. If Pachard doesn't get back on track, there will be no choice but to watch his stuff with the sound off, and the fast forward close at hand.
