What's happened to Sean Michaels' writing ability? His last few videos have had good action (as does this one) but the so-called stories are meaningless messes of confusion. In this sequel, Sean is a sax player who... and that's where I lost the plot. There's a party, a friend (Julian St. Jox) who has settled down and gotten a job, but if there's a real narrative here, it's as elusive as the truth at a White House press conference.
As a sex feature, however, Blues 2 does better. We've got anal, courtesy of Julian and a new lady Dedinn; a girl/girl between Lana Sands and Champagne; a threesome when Peter North is added to these last two gals; and a total disorientation when Dedinn keeps changing into Whitney Banks in the final scene with Sean. Too much talk, not enough heat — that's a deadly combination — and one that's afflicted Michaels in the past. Market this one with last year's The Blues in your growing "black directors" section.
