So ... what if Buck Adams were a doctor and Debi Diamond were his nurse? okay, you can stop laughing now ... but it is a reasonably funny concept, well acted in this medical spoof. Buck can be a real comedian when he wants to be, and with lines like "One day, my lips will be enshrined in the Pussy-Licking Hall of Fame in Passaic, New Jersey," how can he miss?

Adams' patients include the impotent Joey Silvera, whose problem is cured by Ashley Nicole in a torrid couch encounter. Love those tiny squeals she gives while being pumped! Marc Wallice's problem is a little different; he and his two girlfriends (P.J. Sparxx, Tiara West) need a fourth for tennis ... or something.

Finally, in a beautifully darkened office setting, Buck gets his shot at Ashley, and while this isn't quite as hot as her first scene, there's no question why this lady is a much-requested performer. Also along the way, Wallice gets his functions checked by Debi with a thoroughness that should keep him coming back regularly. Where this tape falls down is in the static camera work. The lens tends to sit focused on the male performer's back as he pumps away between the legs of the usually unseen female. By this method, the scrumptious Tiara West is completely wasted, and P.J. Sparxx nearly so. Decent little sexvid with a pretty box.
