Cal Jammer is perfect in this Batman parody since he normally shows no emotion and can fit right into the role of the Dark Knight.  As Splatman's alter ego, a bookish millionaire, he's also pretty good, but the stealer of all the scenes is Tony Tedeschi as The Penguin, or the Pornguin, depending on which title card you want to believe.  Please enter him, Mr. Editor, on my preliminary list for next year's award nominations.  There's more of Burgess Meredith than Danny DeVito, but there are original bits of schtick that he adds to make his scenes come to life.

As Splatwoman, Fallon doesn't even take off her mask, and she is unfortunately not overly animated, but to make up for this, we have the eternally sparkling Madison as Max Prick's (Tom Chapman) mousy secretary, and then after a fall which she inexplicably survives, she becomes Scatwoman.  Her girl/girl scene with Tiffany Million, who plays the "manservant" Alfrida, a dyke type, is also worthy of awards consideration.

Fresh Video has occasionally turned out a stinker, but they may have the best track record over the last twelve months, with a pretty high success rate.  Splatman succeeds on all fronts: Sex, sets, acting, costumes, et cetera.  It should be prominently displayed and promoted.
