Pepper's Wendy Whoppers series has had its ups and downs; fortunately, this is one of the ups, thanks to a cast that actually seems to have studied its lines prior to going before the camera, and may have even rehearsed a little. Even Wendy herself is less deadpan than she's been in other entries, and it makes all the difference.
By the way, totally disregard the story description on the box. The story is really about "Scoop" Whoppers, whose sister Alabama (Angel Bust) is busted for "having sex in a bar while in possession of stolen uncut diamonds." At one point, Angel says to thief Jonathan Morgan, "My sister got the brains; I got the accent." Sorry; wrong on both counts, Angel. Your "southern belle" accent hasn't been south of the Mason-Dixon line.
Anyway, Wendy has to go undercover to save Angel from the Beverly Hills prison for Wayward Women, "a hellhole with a fancy zipcode," where matron Magnda Quasar (Valeria) and the evil Dr. Mengele (Joey Silvera) specialize in "turning hookers into housewives." Wendy is "frisked" (and more) by guard Gerry Pike, but her best scene is her final confrontation with Joey, who laps her pussy every which way (including loose), and takes her from the front and back, and finally cums between her luscious tits.
