Selina St. Clair is the "Betty" of the title, looking suspiciously like a pin-up gal from the '50s (the time period where this vid is set), but the real star here is — surprise, surprise! — Jasper, who gives a virtuoso performance as Selina's hooker roommate. Jasper's body is something to write home about, and her face is reminiscent of Virginia Madsen's — an acquired taste. But when it comes to horizontal (and sometimes vertical) sex action, Jasper gives her all and then some.
Ostensibly, the feature, told in flashback, follows the misadventures of Betty in Hollywood — out of work and always getting rejected by the studios because she won't put out. Case in point: her interview with director Buck Adams, who, after Selina won't come across, fucks his secretary Chante on his desk, ending with a facial.
Jasper, on the other hand, pays the rent horizontally, first in a steamy, multi-position roll with "pawnbroker" Jonathan Morgan, and later with a b.j., doggie, and missionary fling ending in a tit squirt from Steve St. Croix, who pays Selina to watch it all. Oops, Selina; wrong move. Steve's a cop and you're both busted!
From this point, the tale gets a little more complicated, with Jasper, Selina and Leena posing in lingerie for photog E.Z. Ryder. Selina and roomie celebrate their new-found wealth just a little too much, and Selina awakes to find that Jasper has absconded with the lucre. Still rentless, she sucks off landlord Steve Austin (no, not the AVN editor) for a reprieve, and returns to E.Z. for some more bucks, this time for a porno loop with a tough-looking Sean Ryder.
At this point, the flashback peters out, leaving us hungry not so much for more story as more Jasper, whose sexual vitality is responsible for at least one full "A" of the rating. Also worth mentioning is the nomination-worthy art direction, which recreates the '50s look quite realistically, in both costuming and set design. Since Selina's likely to get the boxcover, retailers should point out Jasper's appearance to fans of hot sex; they won't be disappointed in the least.
