There's a saying that "the only 'ism' in Hollywood is plagiarism." Never so true with Off Duty, yet another in the endless spate of Buttman knock-offs. Unfortunately Nic Cream hasn't the globe-trotting budget of Seymore Butts, nor the high tech-wizardry of Rodney Moore at his fingertips. What he does have is access to a cheap tract house in the San Fernando Valley, and a few willing babes.
