Gotham's new personnel director, Carter, disciplines Sky and Sharon for their chronic tardiness and absenteeism. He ties Sharon to his desk, spanks her, then does the same to Sky. Every time Sharon whines an excuse, her spanking starts over. They promise to meet him that afternoon. Unfortunately, they're late for that appointment as well. Instead of a spanking, he makes his simpering employees lick his leather boots and pants.

This is more of a male domination video than a spanking video. Carter dominates without raising his voice. The ladies respond like little girls, with Sharon as the best crier, Sky is simply adorable when she pouts. This video would make an excellent addition to any spanking and/or domination collection.
