You would think that with Samantha Strong, perhaps the most photogenic girl in adult videos over the last ten years, as its star, Starbangers 5 would be the best of the series. Too bad! With a fuzzy picture, bleeding colors coupled with uninspired action and videography, this is one of the series' weakest entries.

After a ten-minute black-and-white introductory segment, during which director Bone tells of his early videos with Samantha, and we see her being made up for her current role, the color arrives a la Wizard of Oz. If only this show were as lively as that one!

There are five settings for the various encounters, each of which blends into the next. Sam starts out on a couch in the den of a luxurious house with Alex Sanders and Rick O'Shea. She then moves into a chair for some more oral doings with Mickey Ray, Sean Rider and Jake Williams. The kitchen table's the next stop, with Peter North, Blake Palmer and a few dollops of whipped cream. The eighth and last guy, Damian Zeus, meets Sam on a stairway. Finally, the entire cast gets together for the gangbang in the living room — but there's little heat no matter where they all roam. The best of this series remains #4, with Tracey Adams, but since we haven't seen Samantha much recently, her fans should eat this up. Market with her tapes or. with the rest of the series; preferably both!
