If this were  my first adult rental, I'd probably be joining a Franciscan monastery by now. This vid is cynically stamped out like a die-cut wing nut, and, aside from the dreary videography, and lighting flatter than the insipid dialogue, it's a complete waste of a babe who lights up even the dreariest of the dregs: Nikki Shane.

As the "Doc" in charge of an anal clinic, Nikki's always talking to a TV which monitors her patients from afar (an inanity somehow linked to the "Presidential health care and malpractice lawsuits" which prohibits her from touching anyone). So we constantly cut to the patients (Rick Masters/Beverly Glen; Stacy Nichols/Rick O'Shea) performing the least erotic couplings this side of a Wild Kingdom episode. Shane herself receives some very mediocre suck 'n' fuck from Heather Lee and Alex Sanders in two separate encounters; still nothing to write home about.
