Arrivederci! Surely, in the interests of international goodwill, the original soundtrack of Passionate Love (not Lovers, as the box says) has been neither dubbed nor subtitled. (Considering how much scintillating exposition goes on here, the point is moot.) We open up on a young Euro-blonde running around posting notes to every tree in sight. Needless to say she's not offering a reward for a lost dog. It probably reads "Orgy — all invited" or somesuch because for the next 75 minutes, what we get is near wall-to-wall action with American imports Sean Michaels and Eric Price as the studs of honor. (Price's presence pegs the film around '91.) Oh, yes. It is a film,-albeit shot on army surplus stock and developed in an air raid bunker, or close enough to it.  The rickety camerawork and overall inky contrast simply fight what could have been some damn fine raunchy copulation as Eric, Sean and another Italian stallion engage in a whole mess o' d.p.'s, triple blowjobs, and flying jizz shots.

But between Sean's ebony skin and a girl with the hairiest ass crack since Ron Jeremy, most of the good stuff plays like literal film noir.  Looking pretty good, but boffing with her usual detachment is Moana Pozzi. By far the most aggressive female goes by the name of Ciccolina, who presumably is giving up her off-Broadway engagement in the revival of Duck Soup to get fucked up the ass instead.

Completists, note: If you crave Italian, this dish may appeal to your pulsating palate. Bring a bromo just in case.
