Scott Baker is a perverse businessman in more trouble than the residents of Jonestown on Grape Kool Aid Day. In addition to sexually harassing employee Christy Bates, he's also been caught peeking at his other female co-workers on the toilet, stealing their tennis shoes and hiring prostitutes to put makeup on him. It's up to Mistress Kembra, a union executive (uh huh, next week she'll be the mayor) to reprimand him. She and Christy restrain him with ropes and go the paddle-and-clothespins domination route. They enforce some unique humiliation; he barks like a dog, snuffles like a pig and croons a medley of old standards before being allowed to buty his face in Christy's blonde pussy as his reward.

Heavier on domination than bondage, there are enough funny/strange moments to warrant a recommendation.
