Mistress Frachesca is featured in a portfolio of domination scenarios. In a scene from Latex Exoitca, Mistress Franchesca informs her bound slave, "You should have been born a woman." Mistress Francesca must discipline a recalcitrant female slave in Proper Penance. In Homemaid Transvestites¸Virginia (Bill Fenway) gets a lesson in penance for being a slob.

More clips follow, in which Franchesca sometimes works alone and sometimes works with other Mistresses. The action in all scenes consists mostly of whipping and verbal taunting with Francesca making a very attractive mistress. Showing the names of the videos is a nice touch but unfortunately, this video is a mostly repetitive whipfest.
