If you happened to catch The Pelican Brief, you probably saw glimpses of Mardi Gras revelry going on while Julia Roberts was running for cover along the streets of New Orleans. What were these people up to, you might ask. The "Mardi Gras" volumes presented here are quite illustrative, thank you, of the question and offer clear-cut evidence why you'll probably never see "ind-depth" news coverage of this event.

Volume 1 documents the shenanigans as they occur during the day, and Volumes 2 takes over the night time aspects. I give my vote to Volume 2 as the more interesting of the tapes, though Volume 1 ventures into some of the local bars to see what's what.

Nonetheless, the operative word here is tits. Loads and loads of tits. Big tits, little tits, loquacious tits. Garrulous tits. Any woman promenading Bourbon Street is fair game and is encouraged to flash. As some sort of ritualistic reward, she gets tossed a string of faux pearls. the rounds of pearls encircling each lady's neck is emblematic of how much of a good sport she is.

The action gets even better as the camera traverses the balconies of Bourbon Street, overlooking the festivities. Here, women not only flash tit but bendover and bare their cheeks to the wind. The women range from biker chick to sorority sister and society dame. Everybody gets into the act. It's a truly amazing spectacle that will never prove tiring to the viewers.
