The real star of this tape is the screenplay, by the talented W. Bosley Delongprez, which is full of German-accent jokes, anti-government jokes, kung-fu jokes and just all-around good humor. And in terms of character, good performances abound; notably Jake Williams as the fourth reich "RIS" Director Mueller, psychic healer Ona Zee, kung fu henchman T.T. Boy and Jonathan Morgan as Chuck "The Magic Dragon" Wilson. Everyone involved has a good line or two, as we follow newly-hired IRS —er, RIS, Agent Wendy Whoppers, who, in reality, is a kung-fu master with memory loss due to having been fed the Waters of Forgetfulness by a band of roving tax shelter accountants.
But as far as sex is concerned, the well-endowed Ms. Whoppers just walks through it all, titanic tits waving in the wind, slight smile on her lips, but alas, no energy. Her scenes, first with T.T. Boy, then with Jon Dough (whose entirely out-of-place effeminate speech patterns must be laid at the feet of questionable direction, both fall flat, through no fault of he guys. On the up side, however, secretary Tina (Tyler) Tedeschi's couch bounce with Williams is a barn-burner, beginning with a long b.j. and ending with a tit shower. Williams also scores in his energetic coupling with White House cleaning lady Nicole London that features pussy-fingering and a really long cowgirl stroker. The jokes continue right up till the end —but I'll never know if the plotlines resolve themselves because my tape cut off in the middle of the final monologue.
Retailers should advise customer to check this out (keeping in mind there is an entire series of Wendy features) for the humor, and speed through some of the uninteresting sex.
