For the amount of nudity involved in this big-boob voyeur fest, it's shockingly lacking in eroticism. Mindy is the sole performer here with her 34 Triple D chest as she's toured through Tampa in an exhibitionistic day of flashing. She unleashes her puppies all over town, skating, sunning herself on a car, posing, all in public areas near road sides and nature walks by the sea. But she's so matter of fact about things, almost bemused; and while she flashes the camera, she never plays with the camera. It's just kind of happening naturally, but not sexually.

Later in the hotel she's interviewed but never seems to be having fun with it, though the director doesn't really lead her down a sexual path either.
