Blindfold is inspired by A Clockwork Orange, 1984, Total Recall and others of their ilk. Big Brother has become Big Father, played by Jim Enright in a non-sex role. The societal goal is to become "pure"; free of sex in media and in thought (except for the sole purpose of procreation). Tom Chapman is the supervisor of Sex Police officers Steven St. Croix, Kylie Ireland, and T.T. Boy.

St. Croix's censorship job is to review videos and mags, remove the offending subject matter, and have it destroyed, replacing the content with approved content. The anti-sex rally is on Big Father's agenda, but Kylie is having forbidden thoughts about co-worker St. Croix. Both of them stop off at their respective homes on the way to the rally but make the simultaneous mistake of reviewing the stuff they're supposed to re-edit. This causes them to slip from their party line ideals and gives us a dual solo masturbation sequence. Cameraman Frank Marino gives us some excellent views of Kylie's manipulations. Big Father TV is broadcasting the latest news about the war on sex. Kylie notes that Big Father can't see what they're doing while the war news is on. This justified an experiment of allowing their desires to rule, and they make the criminal mistake of making love for the purpose of pleasure.

The next day Chapman realizes that St. Croix's work is not up to par, figures he's been fucking around and takes him away for a bit of Clock Work Orange style reconditioning. Sergeant Tom orders our hapless hero to think. He does and the fantasy scenes follows. T.T. has a sex scene, Chapman has a scene with two girls and St. Croix is in pain.

The message in this political satire is that censorship sucks and the censors always will. Well worth viewing.
