As he's brushing his teeth, book editor Joey Silvera is surprised by his girlfriend Anna Malle, who administers her own brand of oral hygiene.

Upon arriving at his office, Joey refers a battling couple (Jonathan Morgan, Asia Carrera) to his therapist/ex-wife, Kylie Ireland. Morgan confesses to accidentally cheating on his wife with sweet young blond April. (Poolside, he mistook her for Asia. Yeah, right!) Asia has a story of her own, after which Kylie suggests the couple make love in her office. They promptly do, and as the action gets steamy, Kylie joins her receptionist Rayveness for a Sapphic duet. Alas, these two scenes, which would have been hot if run consecutively, are crosscut.

Kylie rejoins Asia and Jonathan for some three-way therapy. The doctoring really turns Asia on, causing her later to engage in a game of "pocket pool" with Joey. Anna catches them and gets even by screwing Jonathan. His scene, with its generous helping of anal, is the best of the film.

Sorry to say, Kylie comes across as more of a beach bunny than a therapist. Most of the sexual performances are either by the numbers or too relaxed. However, solid cinematography by Ralph Parfait makes this a good "starter film" for couples.
