Like the second coming of John Leslie's Chameleons, people switch into other people. Jill Kelly strips to a tune supplied by a Toys R Us xylophone. Ian Daniels and Bridgette Monroe do their best impression of a pair of Eddie Bauer mannequins. Janine discourses on oven roasters as though she were Frank Purdue; and green slime, like pus from an atomic pimple, oozes out of a softboiled egg.
Yeah, this is your normal adult movie. That is, if Carlos Casteneda were helming it. When a trenchcoat-wearing Vince Vouyer (sporting a fedora the size of Wisconsin) bites into an apple and bleeds all over the place, you know he's either got a bad case of gingivitis or else writer/director Austin Ellison is playing fast and loose with linear storytelling.
Whatever she's supposed to be in this obtuse ensemble, Janine looks spectacularly sleek and sexy, waddling about in an abbreviated swimsuit as though she were auditioning for a cable version of Baywatch. In scene after logically-challenged scene culled from the wheel-of-fortune school of screenwriting, Janine pleasures herself to bitch-in-heat dramatic fever pitches, observing while other threesomes and whatnots do the dirty work. Fear not, though; she finally lands on Nikki Tyler to finish the exquisite job they started on "The Tonight Show."
Janine at her absolute ravishing best. Austin Ellison succeeds in becoming Harlan Ellison.
