What do both The Seven Samurai and its American counterpart, The Magnificent Seven — two terrific movies and both faves of mine — have in common with this lame "bondage" video? Absolutely nothing! Don't look for Yul Brynner here! What you get is Deacon Blue as the "Master" and Desi De Angelo, Samantha York, Tanya Storm, China Mai, Katara Joy, Tawny and Rikki as his "victims" — and this vid is just not worth the time it took to watch it.

Especially heinous is the fact that many of the restraints used are unpalatably unsafe for beginners, certainly uncomfortable for anyone — like using ordinary bungee cords with metal hooks to lash someone to a pole, particularly when said hooks are digging into various parts of the subject's anatomy. They can cut off circulation faster than one might imagine, and have the potential of breaking the skin — a major no-no to skilled and caring practitioners of bondage.

All of that aside, Deacon's whip work is off target more often than not, and adding insult to injury is the fact that there's not a shred of eroticism anywhere, B&D is supposed to explore the "pleasure/pain principle" — not just the pain. To sum up: this tape is not recommended.
