Picking up where Secrets, Part 3 left off, Rick Savage purchases slave Yvonne Scarlette Cheeks for punishment. Meanwhile, Mistress Shane force-feeds slave James a donut (on her boot). The rest of the video alternates between Rick beating, pinching and punishing slave Yvonne and Mistress Shane dominating slave James. In one fun scene, Mistress Shane makes James act like a dog. The alternating action is somewhat disruptive, but Mistress Shane's dialog makes up for Rick's lack of it. When they dominate Yvonne together, they tie her into an unusual kneeling position.

Overall, however, one of Rick's lines best describes this video: "I find this one to be adequate."
