Here's a delightful concept: cheerleaders (one blonde, one brunette) being bound and flogged because they don't cheer enthusiastically enough. Most of the punishment is doled out together at the beginning, with the girls tied together and whipped by an uncredited guy under the orders of Mistress Cherry Orchard. The brunette gets blindfolded and "alternately beaten with a cat, then rubbed down with what looks like lamb's wool, after which the blonde is put in stocks and flogged.
